The Visual Narrative program aims to address the growing need for talented, original content creators, by giving writer/artists a place to write and illustrate their own stories. The media for creating visual stories is vast—including motion graphics, film, animation, picture books, graphic novels—and the marketplace to present stories—printed media, online, ebooks, social media—is constantly evolving.

We offer artists an opportunity to self-publish, or just experiment, on our Risograph Duplicator—combining the vibrant colors of silkscreen printing with the speed and automation of digital and offset printing. We also offer courses for those interested in children’s book publishing, or those who want to create their own zine or minicomic. Online courses are available.
