Broadway actor Matthew LaBanca was fired from his job as a Catholic church’s music teacher for marrying his boyfriend. Although it is illegal to discriminate against same sex marriage in New York, the church found a dubious legal loophole to justify the firing. But Matthew is fighting back in public, and his friends, family, students and parents are fighting with him.
