MFA Computer Arts presents a screening of two-time Oscar-nominated animator Bill Plympton’s (1969 Cartooning) full-length animated musical feature film, SLIDE.


SLIDE is the tale of a mythical cowboy showdown with eco-villains intent on paving over idyllic Sourdough Creek. Plympton’s wit and surreal animation takes on the fight for the wild west’s fading glory, peppered with swinging western tunes. The film has currently won thirteen festival awards.
