MPS Digital Photography presents a talk with faculty member Esteban Toro, a New York-based travel photographer, filmmaker and educator whose passion for capturing the essence of the world has taken him on captivating journeys across continents and cultures. As a Sony and BenQ Global Ambassador, Esteban’s keen eye for detail and commitment to visual storytelling have earned him recognition as one of the world’s foremost photographers. His work, represented by YellowKorner and featured in prestigious brands like Adobe, Dell, Nvidia and Forbes, reflects his dedication to showcasing the human experience and fostering cultural understanding. Beyond his lens, Toro shares his expertise as a professor at the School of Visual Arts, inspiring the next generation of creatives. Recognized with honors such as the U.S. Government’s designation of Honorable Alien of Extraordinary Abilities and a national win at the Sony World Photography Awards, Toro’s impact as a master storyteller transcends borders, uniting audiences worldwide.


Starting in 2011 and after over 200 lectures, the i3: Images, Ideas, Inspiration Lecture series continues to feature leading photographers, artists, editors, gallerists and industry experts.
