Jingyao Huang (b. China) is a multidisciplinary artist based in New York. Her practice is based on photography and the relationship between light and shadow, and extends to collages, installations, and site-specific projects. Through the redefinition and recreation of daily photography and the use of symbolic intention in semiotics to analyze and understand images, she materializes the memory fragments of the surrounding from consciousness space into the physical space.
