In conversation with plants and their people
I am curious about people's relationship with plants and the greenspaces that surround them.
I interviewed people in the New York City area who work with plants—gardeners, botanists, florists, artists, scientists—and asked them about their experiences working with the natural world and why it makes them happy. The visual essays that document the interviews, along with personal reflections, make up my thesis book, Searching for Sunshine.
