As an artist who comes from China, I have always had a passion for Eastern art. Eastern temples and traditional buildings have such a mesmerizing beauty that I desire to express in 3D form. At the same time, I did not choose to model the temple purely from a building in real life. It is an artist and designer's duty to utilize traditional elements and creativity to produce something new and personal within his own ideology. I researched and examined many photos and structures of Chinese and Japanese buildings, later fusing their unique elements together while adding a touch of my own.
