Mia Müller-Schöll’s grandmother was an avid baker whose tarts, cakes, and cookies were an important part of the artist’s growing up in Germany. For A Baking Legacy, she prepared her grandmother’s recipes then photographed the results, gathering the images and recipes in an interpretive cookbook.
