The Gramercy Women’s Residence Summer Housing
SVA Intern and Visiting student registration for Summer 2025 is now open as of February 11, 2025.
The Gramercy Women’s Residence is located on the south side of beautiful and historic Gramercy Park just a few blocks from SVA’s buildings on East 23rd and 21st streets. Gramercy provides female residents with a safe, comfortable living environment. The Gramercy Residence Hall is comprised of fully furnished, studio and two-bedroom apartments. Average bedroom size is 11 x 17′, however this varies depending on the apartment layout. During the academic year, the Gramercy Residence is reserved for upperclass returning residents.
Building Amenities
Gramercy Residents will keep good company on Gramercy Park as the Gramercy Residence Hall neighbors the famous National Arts Club and The Player’s Club.

Apartment Amenities
The Gramercy Residence Hall is a beautiful pre-war building, built in 1938. Although the apartments have been renovated to have modern conveniences, they still boast that pre-war charm with parquet floors and crown molding.
