February 2026
- Clubs: Trainer's Club: PoKaraoke: Jigglypuff EditionA regular karaoke night themed around pokemon! Members will gather and take turns singing songs with their friends!
- Clubs: Cartoon Allies: Crit NightCome get some critique on your pieces!
- Clubs: Black Student Union: Black History Month Family FeudRA Micah and BSU will host a family feud event using community gathered questions for a fun game night!
- Clubs: Figure Drawing Club: Classic Nude NightClub members will be drawing nude models with muscular and more aged proportions in a safe environment. Additionally, models will be posing with props as if they were in the Olympics and club members will be drawing and making gesture drawings of the models poses.
March 2026
- Clubs: Trainer's Club: Parallel Play RoughStarting the event with a lesson on the Pokemon VGC by one of our members, Trainers will then play pokemon games of their choosing together on the big screen, or on each of their smaller consoles.
- Clubs: Museum Club: Tour of the METJoin us for the Museum Clubs second tour event of the semester! This time we will be touring the Met highlights, so come prepared with questions to ask or sketchbooks to use along the way!
- Clubs: Cartoon Allies: Worldbuilding/RP NightGet some hands-on experience with collaboration and storytelling by helping other club members flesh out an original fantasy universe!
- Clubs: Figure Drawing Club: Classic Nude NightWe will host a classic nude model figure drawing night for the SVA community where we bring two models to pose nude for club members to draw.
- Trainer's Club: Tournament: RedThis will be our first VGC tournament of the year: with the winner receiving a prize!
- Clubs: SVA Nail Art Club: Nail Art Tea TimeA self-care event where people can come chat and do their nails.
- Women Supporting Women: Stronger Together: WSW Self-Defense WorkshopWomen Supporting Women invites you to a Self-Defense Workshop led by SVA faculty member Susan Kim from the H&S Department. This session continues the self-defense training introduced last semester and will focus on practical techniques, situational awareness, and confidence-building strategies that can help participants feel safer in everyday environments. The workshop will be led by Susan Kim, Certified Self-Defense Coach and Personal Trainer, who will guide participants through accessible and effective self-defense practices suitable for all experience levels. Whether you attended the previous session or are joining for the first time, everyone is welcome.
- Clubs: Scrapbook Club: Scrapbook Club Craft MeetingEveryone brings their scrapbook to craft and collage new spreads and pages every meeting.
- Clubs: Cartoon Allies: An Evening with Deb JJJoin Cartoon Allies for an interview with artist Deb JJ Lee.
- Clubs: Figure Drawing Club: Cowboy Themed FigureFor twenty minute intervals two models will go up on stand with Cowboy themed attire and props for the club to draw them.
- Trainer's Club: Trading Night: The Second ChanceA follow up to the first trading night, a continuation in this monthly meeting format.
- Clubs: SVA Plein Air: Museum of Moving ImageJoin SVA Plein Air Club and Film Club on a trip to the Museum of Moving Image in Queens!
- Clubs: Ukagu Project: Look Into SVS Project Meeting 1This is an activity about summarizing and sharing useful information about SVA and New York through making zines and posters. Club members will discuss topics like favorite classes, suggest activities, favorite food location around campus during the project meeting. Members will be sharing their thoughts during dinner, there will be a pizza party at the end for sharing the zines club members made within the past month.
- Trainer's Club: Jeopardy: POKEMON!A fun interactive game night where our trainer's can split into teams with their friends and play a custom jeopardy board themed around Pokemon!
- Clubs: Figure Drawing Club: Medieval Themed Figure Drawing NightA figure drawing session with the theme of Medieval Europe. We will bring props and models for the club attendees to draw.
April 2026
- Trainer's Club: Let's Draw Together!A night of relaxation and drawing with pokemon themed prompts to give trainers ideas scattered every now and again! Just a calm little evening of collaborating with your peers and winding down from school work to draw Pokemon together.
- Clubs: Cartoon Allies: Merch PickupPick up any unsold merch you’ve sold with us this year!
- SVA Fashion Club: Matter Issue 2 Launch PartyThis event is to launch and showcase the new magazine.

- Clubs: Movie Fans of SVA + Trainer's Club: The Rise of Darkrai Watch PartyThe Movie Fans of SVA and Trainer's Club will collaborate to come together and watch The Rise of Darkrai together!

- Clubs: Fishbowl Club: A Fish For Your ThoughtsA discussion around chosen topics and you'll get a fish for your thought!
- Clubs: Trainer's Club: Let's GO, SVA! Exploration Day!This is essentially a planned Pokemon GO excursion day. We'll stop by Nintendo NYC for our trainers, and possibly go to central park or any other places that seem interesting to us in the moment!
- Club: Ukagau Project: Year End Sakura Festival CelebrationThis will be a year end celebration of threes year of hard work of Ukagau Project, we will invite club members to join us for the Sakura festival in Brooklyn Botanic Garden and review the journey of Ukagau Project.
- Clubs: Cuber's Corner: Cube MuralJoin Cubers' Corner as we create a mural out of mini Rubik's cubes! No experience necessary.
- Trainer's Club: Farewell, SVA! A Relaxing SendoffA final, celebratory and calm social event for our trainers. We will put on the Pokemon Anime or a Pokemon Movie, give trainers the option to battle, draw, or trade, and simply relax together in the presence of Pokemon
May 2026
- Cartoon Allies: Fresh MeatSVA’s in-house comics convention, Fresh Meat. Stop by the SVA Student Center, 217 East 23rd Street, this Friday, 4:00 – 9:00 pm, to browse and shop the amazing comics, prints, zines, and merch by students! All are welcome; the event is free and open to the public.
